When am I available?
Monday to Thursday evenings
On Monday to Thursday evenings I only work online, offering you the convenience of your sessions being at home, and saving you having to travel to your counselling. Bear in mind you’ll need a confidential space to work from. Choose a Monday to Thursday evening if you know you want to work online.
Wednesday to Friday daytime
On Wednesday to Friday daytime I work primarily in-person either at my home, or on a ‘walk-and-talk’ session in Knaresborough. Choose a Wednesday to Friday daytime if you prefer your counselling to be in-person. Online sessions can also be accomodated during these times.

As a person-centred counsellor, I focus on your needs as an individual and work with you to help resolve the issues that are affecting you. I will help you to work out what is happening for you, without judgement or agenda. Together we can explore how you can feel better and more like the self you recognise.
